The Petit Badon Estate
The Petit Badon Estate is located in the heart of the Camargue, close to Arles and the beaches. It extends over several hectares in a typically Camargue landscape, surrounded by marshlands and pastures. The estate includes two renovated buildings: La Forge du Petit Badon and Le Café du Petit Badon. These former farmhouses have been fully restored to provide comfortable and functional accommodation while preserving their original character.
Historically, Petit Badon was an agricultural estate dedicated to cereal farming and horse grazing. Today, it is part of an ecological restoration project carried out in partnership with the Tour du Valat, aimed at recreating a fourteen-hectare temporary marsh on former agricultural land. This project contributes to the preservation of wetlands and supports the development of local biodiversity.
Today, Petit Badon is a unique place to stay: a peaceful haven where visitors can relax, reconnect, and discover the natural and cultural richness of the Camargue.
